Hi, I’m Cindy Greene, founder of Transaction Success.
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients and teams through hundreds of successful transactions. My journey has included roles as a Transaction Coordinator, Sales Agent, and Team Lead, giving me a 360-degree perspective on what it takes to run a thriving real estate business.
Those experiences inspired me to create Transaction Success—a faith-rooted coaching and systems platform designed to help agents build businesses that are not only profitable but also purposeful.
I believe real estate is about more than contracts and closings—it’s about calling, community, and legacy. My mission is to equip agents with the tools, systems, and encouragement they need to simplify transactions, serve clients with excellence, and focus on what truly matters in life.
